BAΣIΛEΩΣ AΛEΞANΔPOY Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; to left, monogram of BAI; below throne, monogram of MI. Price 3228. Lovely light toning and excellent strike. Light die breaks and scratches and the reverse struck a touch off center, otherwise, extremely fine.



This issue is distinguished by the very unusual circular reverse legend, which fits perfectly with the coin's circumference.
